Dr. Anyaeg grew up in Cedar Hill, Texas and was raised by Nigerian parents who came to the U.S. to provide a better future for their family. She attended Texas Woman’s University where she received her undergraduate degree in biology and later traveled out-of-state and attended Howard University College of Dentistry to receive a doctorate in dental surgery. Immediately after graduation from dental school, she attended a one year GPR residency in Harlem, New York. Dr. Anyaeg has been practicing dentistry for over nine years now, and she has a true passion for mastering her skills as a clinician by attending various continuing education courses and staying up-to-date with new technology such as implant courses and esthetic dentistry. She is a woman full of compassion for her patients, and she focuses on educating patients and the community on prevention and proper oral hygiene.
When it comes to dentistry, she believes that what you don’t know can hurt you, and she strives to be as informative as possible to help patients improve their oral hygiene habits and to pass on the knowledge to future generations.
Dr. Anyaeg is an avid community service activist striving to educate and treat the underserved and low-economic communities by participating in multiple outreach programs such as Give Kids A Smile Day, Colgate Mobile Dentistry which provides diagnosis and treatment for children, multiple health fairs, and she plans on attending Dental Outreach Programs in Haiti and other underserved countries in the future.
Dr. Anyaeg is a standing member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Dallas County Dental Society.
When Dr. Anyaegbu is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her lovely children. She enjoys teaching and mentoring youth, praise dancing and assisting in multiple church events.
